Various sites throughout the Town of Henrietta have been designated as historic to preserve the history of our town. In order to protect the historic qualities of those properties, regulations are in place, and can be reviewed in detail in our Town Code here.

• Prior to issuance of a building permit or construction, all modifications or new construction within a historic site is subject to review by the Historic Site Committee and, if necessary, approval by the Town Board.
