Various sites throughout the Town of Henrietta have been designated as historic to preserve the history of our town. In order to protect the historic qualities of those properties, regulations are in place, and can be reviewed in detail in our Town Code here.

• Historic Site – Demolition Permit

• Prior to the issuance of a demolition permit for any structure within a designated historic site must be reviewed by the Historic Site Committee and approved by the Town Board after a public hearing is held.
